COVID-19 Carrier Delays
Please note FedEx, UPS, and USPS carriers are experiencing an unprecedented surge in package volume due to COVID-19 that has resulted in temporary service delays. We will continue to offer our Rush / Super Rush Services to expedite production, but we are unable to guarantee firm in hands dates due to these carrier delays. We are unable to provide any shipping refund / credit requests for missed in hands date due to carrier delays. When placing your order, please allow additional transit time to accommodate for these delays.
Standard Production
Standard production time is 5 working days for accounts with credit terms or with ready prepayment. Production times are subject to change depending on stock, paper proofing, as well as quantity. Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity orders. Due to current order surge and production volume, lead times may be extended up to 7-9 working days.
Rush Production
Rush Service is available for 4 working day turnaround with a minimum $60.00/v or 10% of the item cost total, whichever is greater. Production begins after receipt of order, approved artwork, and approved payment terms. Contact factory for production time on larger quantity rush orders.
SUPER Rush Production
Super Rush Service is available for SAME day, 1, or 2 day turnaround with a minimum of $100.00/v or 20% of the item cost total, whichever is greater. Order(s), approved artwork, and approved payment terms MUST be received by factory at 2:00 pm PST to ship on the following or day after, or 9:00 am PST to be shipped on the SAME day. Service is available depending on stock and quantity of order.
