Art Requirements
To ensure a quick turnaround time on your order, we require VECTOR digital artwork. STOPNGO Line will bill for unvectorized artwork redrawing and recreation. Prices will be quoted accordingly.
Acceptable Art Formats:
Both PC and Mac computer file formats are acceptable. We prefer PDF, AI, EPS, or CDR file formats. We accept the following vector artwork suitable for: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Corel Draw. All files MUST have all text converted to curves/outline or vector forms. If outline or vector forms are not possible, please included all fonts with the artwork (True Type fonts). High resolution artwork is required for 4 color process decoration methods.
Artwork Cleanup and Typesetting:
Basic touch ups, typesetting or resizing is free of charge but will delay production time. Font style must be provided for typesetting requests otherwise a default font will be used.
E-Mail Requirements:
E-mailed artwork must be sent in with an accompanying hardcopy via fax, mail, or as JPG or PDF files. All E mails must contain the Purchase Order Number in the Subject as well as the Distributor name, contact and phone number in the Body text.
Unacceptable Art Formats:
The following artwork file formats are not acceptable: faxes, photocopies, slides, transparencies, negatives or films, low resolution laser printed artwork, word processing documents or text files.
QR Codes:
Screen and pad printing methods may not produce scannable QR codes. We recommend 4 color process or offset decoration methods for QR Codes only. Please provide QR code artwork in vectorized or high resolution format with a high contrasting background. QR Code size is recommended to be at least 0.5 inch by 0.5 inch.

*Gold and silver metallic ink imprint is subject to an additional 10% item charge.
If no specific PMS color is noted on order, factory will use closest PMS color based on the Standard Color chart above.
Ink Color chart is for reference only. PMS Color Match is free of charge but cannot be guaranteed to match 100%, only as close as possible.
PMS Color match is free of charge but cannot be guaranteed to match 100%, only as close as possible, particularly on dark color items or stainless steel. PMS matching is not available on full color or four color process artwork.
Imprint Color Change fee is $20.00 (z) per color change. Color change run must exceed catalog minimums. Color change not applicable on items offered in assorted colors.
